Both programs are designed to improve your fitness levels. The Home HIIT program can be done anywhere, any time and are a lot more flexible whereas the cardio program is aimed to increase your cardiovascular fitness using both outdoor and treadmill based workouts.

Please remember Nathan and I focus on your fitness, not aesthetics as we believe aesthetics come with improving your overall fitness. There is no point in having abs if you can’t run 100 metres.

For the Home HIIT program you don’t need any equipment, this plan is designed to be taken away on holiday or to be done at home, or even on your lunch break. The Strength based plan is designed for a gym, with majority barbells & dumbbells being used. The Cardio based plan has a 50/50 split of indoor (treadmill) and outdoor (park/field).
We firmly believe that you should train smart, not hard. More is not always better. We wouldn’t recommend you double up your training sessions – two workouts twice a week does not equal one workout four times per week which is why we have designed our programs to be spaced out over the week to include rest days. The split between rest days and training days is so important to your progression and achieving your goals. Absolutely! The recipe books can be integrated into anyone’s daily routine, they are designed to be easily re-created and integrated into your everyday life. For all training programs, there is an indicator at the front of the program which will indicate if the plan is for fresh starters (just starting out on your fitness journey), regular movers (regularly train around 2 – 5 times a week), everyday athletes (training 5+ times a week).
Unfortunately there aren’t different variations of eBooks. Hayley urges you to tweak these recipes to suit your allergies and food requirements. An example of this could be switching out meat with tofu or quorn.
